Dean, Since the Swiss and Dutch both had regular refurbishment programs in place, IMHO one of their lugers that has been ARSENAL refinished, does not lessen its value as much as one refinshed here in the states. Generally an arsenal job is difficult to detect, other than the marking being a bit "soft". TH
