Be certain to get and mention the names of the FEDEX cretins with whom you were dealing...should result in some instant *refresher* training for the counter monkeys.

Few things p*$$ me off more than some crankshaft who decides he is going to do ad hoc policy making. When I encounter such, if, after reasonable discussions I am unsuccessful, I go after the foron/moonbat.

I am not very nice when abused by some clerk who has arbitrarily decided to say no.
