Just returned with my new purchase.My pistol is a twin to Mr. Grubers.My sideplate may have a little less finish.It is .30 Luger,bore is not mint,but servicable.This is the 2nd luger I have purchased thanks to members of this board and your advice.I never knew a commercial luger existed until I researched this site.I was a little concerned about the Made in Germany(Thanks Lugerdoc)marking.2 last questions,could you recommend a book/books that would be helpful for a novice like myself,and second what would be a conservative value on this pistol(insurace purpose).Thanks again for the help,Dave
