Are these BW grips real?

I originally suggested the use of a small black polyeurothane "o" rings several months ago. You can find these at any hardware store and you just need to take a grip screw with you and find the right size when buying it. Remember that the "o" ring should go on top of the grip over the screw hole - the bottom of the screw head will be flush against the "o" ring. As you tighten the screw, the ring expands over the grip creating a snug fit.
