Looking to purchase this luger

If I'm transfering in a gun bought elsewhere, then I charge 20 bucks for the transfer. If it's something out of my existing inventory, then of course there is no additional charge. No one should be charging for background checks, unless there is a State fee associated with a State required background check or "registration" of some sort. The Federal background check is free to the dealer. Some of the communist held territories East of the Mississippi, or Kalifornia come to mind, but I don't live there, so I don't keep track of what States charge.
