I agree with Dwight...I have #69879 in the same configuration and markings as yours that I have placed a value of $4500 on it in my inventory.
Ron P.S. HerrKaiser, what import mark? I don't see any. There are at least 3 variations of the C/X C/X C/X marked Lugers that were routed from commercial production to military use during the build up in armament during late 1913 to early 1914.
