Who made all the P.08 magazines?

can you please elaborate on this process. When I search I get
"Levallois process" - which regards making stone tools !

The sheet metal body comes from a plate folded at the rear and welded in the middle of the back, at the same time a thin plate is in place at the back inside to consolidate the whole .
The bottom is also different
