A barleycorn front sight will have a wide base and taper to a point at the top. A Patridge sight is a blade with parallel sides and flat on top.

The front sight on the 1914 Artillery Luger you did such a fine restoration on looks like it could be a bead but it's difficult to say for certain.

Years ago, when Springfield Sporters at Penn Run, PA, was still selling surplus parts, I bought a set of Mauser rifle front sight blades and also Enfield rifle front sight blades. Other sights I bought at the time were No. 4 Enfield milled adjustable rear sights. Brand new and, IIRC, $10 each.
