Interesting, but slightly rougher army 1915 Luger - since it was brought back, it likely was used through the weimar period and then the nazi era.
Couple of comments - the sideplate, it looks double struck on the #4 - and its an erfurt sideplate, same number (good catch Curt) ---The grips are marked 7784 - with few exceptions, grips are only marked with the last two, and not all 4 digits (Simsons are, but these didn't look like Simson marked to me) -----The rear toggle pin, it is marked #84 - this was required in the 30's, so it must have gone -back into depot or other place that numbered it (or it was done post-war) Value - is it all matching? How is the magazine marked? Any loading tool or extra magazine? I would say $800-$1000 (modified value) - it'd be worth more if it was in nicer condition. Ed
