What are you thinking about?
Hi,

May be I can help you a bit.

O.A.L for a round nose 9mm .356 bullet should be at 29.8 mm, per the original DWM Owners Manual.

Crimp just enough to flatten the brass to the bullet.

N340 is in the appropriate medium/slow burning range for a Luger. 4.7 grains of N340 will yield 1,096 fps from a 4 inch test barrel. The original German Army load was a 123 grain bullet at 1,076 fps from a 100 mm (4 inch) barrel.

For a better understanding of how to make a Luger shoot accurately and without jamming, please read my Sticky, in this reloading section, on ...Determining Proper Cartridge O.A.L... . It should assist you with your efforts greatly.

Good shooting,

Sieger
