My first post ever here......will the black widow grips you guys are talking about produce a formaldehyde smell when rubbed or exposed to warm water? I recently paid 450 dollars from a reputable dealer on the east coast for a pair of these. I did some Bakelite youtube tests and not picking up on any formaldehyde smell.
