Dallas Stoudenmire used a couple of these Schofields, probably with longer barrels, in the "four dead in 5 seconds" gunfight in Dallas, Texas. I'm sure it would still do OK today.
On another note, just picked this one up from a customer. A fairly nice post war 38/44 Heavy Duty 5" barrel. Put a small ding in my "next luger fund". |

I have several Uberti reproductions, they are well built and are a pleasure to shoot. After seeing this post it made me think "what if Uberti reproduced Lugers?"
