Robert W. Simms User Join Date: Sep 2003 Location: Mount Juliet, TN Posts: 16 Thanks: 0 Thanked 0 Times in 0 Posts	I have both a 1938 and a 1940 Mauser manufactured Luger. The 1938 is marked S/42 and the 1940 is 42 marked. I think Idoman is correct.
