When does a Luger Stock make it an SBR?

So if, for whatever reason, I managed to attain a stock of some type and managed to then attach it to a commercial model luger, would that be allowed or disallowed by these guidelines? Or are you all basically saying I would need to find a commercial style stock either repro or original? Note: I dont have a stock, I just dont want to get one and unintentionally land myself in hot water.
