Just trying to turn history to an alternative pass, and see what would have happen if the 1907 Luger was adapted after the trial .

I believe it is a very valid competition to a 1911 Colt and given right conditions like competition shooting, will outperform 1911 due to the design differences.

It is also much easier to customize then most modern handguns, as the gun changes with just the size of the barrel and different toggle,
not meany platforms can offer that.
