Legal repercussions

I have a 12" barrel on a 1918 receiver with a Erfurt block that interchanges with .22cal and a 9mm receivers on a Interarms (Mauser) lower. Do you see a problem with shooting any of these combinations?

Are you planning on putting a stock on it?

If no stock, then no worries

The stock is what makes it a SBR - unless you take a rifle and cut it down.

But your combinations are just different uppers.
