Sometimes you see replacement pins that are marked with the oversize in mm.

Here is one:

So there are oversize toggle/axle pins...Hmph...I have an unmarked pin that is .002" oversize...It won't fit anything I have...

0.05mm = .002"...Yeah, that's it...

Rich, poke around and I think you'll find a post by Ed about toggle pins--he has/had some of the oversize ones he bought a long time ago, and ever found a use for one once, IIRC.
