Really interesting picture. I can't believe this is a anti-riot unit. Using flame throwers in a city, could have unintended consequences!  Like a major fire. Perhaps a posed demo exercise? Although no one is spectating?  On 2nd thought,I don't think I would want to be anywhere near a operating flame thrower either.  Bob
