Looks like a well used WWII 3rd Reich Luger. Internal sideplate & mag being different numbers don't make it a mismatch. Non-matching mag is very common. I would consider it all matching, but with replacement grips - not as bad as a total mismatched Luger. But the finish is still worn enough to make it a shooter. $900 it is.

How about high gloss re blued all matching 1937 S/42 possible post war grip and not matching mag. Possible value. I'll get pictures.
