Contract??? If you mean the blurb I posted, that's just the FAQ...

And what I got out of all that, is if there is a tie bid between an absentee bidder and an actual person on the auction floor, after all the 'Plus 1 or 2', then the in-person bidder gets it, regardless of who bid the tie amount first...

I'm not saying it isn't fair, or logical, it's just slanted towards actual in-the-flesh bidders...And only in isolated cases...

...Which I happened to be, a year or two back, when I thought I'd won, because my bid was the winning bid amount...But someone else on the floor matched my bid and got the gun...
