Adjustable front sight

I would never attempt such a feat on an original barrel.

However I DO need an artillery barrel, I'll just make sure I get one with the adjustable front sight screw. Are they harder to find in that configuration?

I was told that the mid 1917 Artillerys had bouth front and rear
fine tune sight adjustment on them.
