As noted above, the 30 Luger is really more of a 32. My M1900 barrel slugs at .304/.312. I have been neck sizing for .32 and prefer loading the Berry .312 71 gr. plated round nose. These are currently out of stock. The .311 85 gr. Magtechs are OK.

I concur with your experience, as I've been shooting .311 to .312 lead bullets from my 1920 Commercial 7.65 Parabellum for decades without any difficulty at all.
