Not many Borchardt C93 pistols were made. But its price is not because it's rare, obviously, many of them survived. I saw them in almost every auction session. After rounds and rounds of auction house sale sessions sweeping the market year after year, C93 can still keep its 5-digit price tag, that implies high demand. The price probably came from its earliest self-loader status, and its association with Luger. But seldom see this gun going $100K except a few very specific instances. Original one, $20K, $30K. Reblued is around 10K, or less.

Why does the guy use a cheap cell phone camera when he's trying to sell (what he thinks is) a $100k gun? The presentation is absolutely horrible, the only thing missing in the pictures is the owner's foot.
