I am guessing something like: None of the above..... It is 7. Saxon Infantry Regiment "King George" No. 106, 5. company, weapon No. 6 German Infantry regiments have had 3 battalions with 4 companies (250 men per company) with each battalion and mostly 1 MG Company.
