Welcome to the forum. Your very nice Luger is a 1939 Mauser Banner Commercial. The Crown/U stamp is a commercial firing proof.

Thank you Mike. I paid $1700 for it is that a decent deal or way to much? It's in great shape, never been re blued or messed with. Don't think the clip is original, but its all matching.
