In 1913 were only 4 MGK in the IX Army Corps and I think that was the same in 1914.
1. MGK was detached to the I. Bataillon of the Inf. Reg. 75. in Bremen
2. MGK to the III. Batail. of the Gren. Reg. 89. in Schwerin
3. MGK to the I. Batail. of Inf. Reg. 162. in Flensburg
4. MGK to the I. Batail. of the Inf. Reg. 31 in Altona

To get information about Ersatz Maschinengewehr Kompagnien is not so easy- I remember the Saxon XVIII. Army Corps and will look what I can find out..
