I would check the sear bar/ trigger bar for cracks. Just from my own experience I had one crack. When the trigger was pulled the bar would flex the gun would fire sometimes. Felt like it took every thing I had just to fire the gun. The bar finally broke in two. Replaced the trigger bar pistol is a dream now. Just a thought.
