Since there probably has not been any business with members because he is overseas, I recommend that you contact him directly to discuss your desires. He can advise you on would be necessary to work on a pistol or parts originating in the USA.

A search here will show some very impressive photos of his Luger work. And he is here in the US; no hassles with Customs over restricted items.

His custom Luger carbines are really beautiful.
