No..not really. Luger were made with repeating serial numbers. Lets say they started with 1 and went to 9,999 then started over. 3 digits would be relatively rare as most end up with 4 but rarity of anything on your pistol is a moot point because it's been hard buffed and reblued. Your pistol has lost any collector status and is now a shooter. Not that it had much to start with as .30 commercials in top condition are $12-1400. This pistol shown is perhaps..$400-500 tops IMO. Without a magazine? $400 for sure. Even $400 would depend on numbers and condition of the bore, function etc. It appear that the stock lug has been ground off...
