Just found out from a dealer that MA actually has 2 handgun approval lists - both from the Executive Office of Public Safety, and the Attorney Generals office. So while Ruger MK3s are approved by the Executive Office of Public Safety for their mag disconnects and loaded indicators, the MK3s have been recently removed from the Attorney Generals list. Under MA law, to be legal for sale in the state, the gun has to appear on both lists. Liberalism at its best!
