help identifying a symbol in American Eagle 1900

Hugo, I haven't seen that one before, but by it's location I would guess that it's a DWM inspector's marking. TH

On page 850 of Gortz Sturgess book on Pistol Parabellum this mark is called an "four-circle lozenge" inspectors mark used around SN5000.
