Importing a Luger From Canada

The amendment to the 1968 GCA allows MILITARY weapons to be imported only if:

1...they are designated as a Curio and Relic

2...The importer has an 08 FFL [importer]

NON-military guns can be imported by anyone on an 'occasional' basis.

They all have to pass the 'point score' set up by BATF and most pocket pistols don't make it!

Someone else can tell you the current fees involved?
