It is worth repeating that "DWM" and "Erfurt" did not have stamps of any characteristics. These stamps were issued to army inspectors, and the specific designs of the crowns have no significance whatever.

May be the specific designs of the crowns have significance whatever or have not but I find it interesting that Erfurt have 3 lobe crowns and DWM 4 lobe. I thing that is not a chance (Zufall in German).
