Dutch Cleaning rod

Bill,
I'm not at home right now to look at my Dutch rod for comparison , but I would place a substantial bet that yours is the genuine article. Glad you got it, it is a difficult piece to find. I would expect that if there was any marking on it, it would be a "GS". I don't recall off-hand but I do not believe mine is marked at all.
I modified my observation about the snap cover. After magnifying the image, I am not sure there is the "snowflake" marking. Can you confirm?
