Generaly yes, but if you want, you must go office and is much paper work and they must not permint you. Polish law about weapon is stupid and strange. Here are term like "specially dangerous weapon" (sub-machine guns, assault rifles...) which you can't have for collector licence id as sniper rifles.

7th_son,
all countries have their laws and there's nothing wrong with that. You do not need to ship your Luger out of country, but just to the nearest gunsmith or maybe to a friend who is familiar with that. You can also try to do it yourself, but be careful to not break something.
