If you are using Remingtons they will cause problems.

Is this the first time you have ever fired it? If so you may be "limp wristing" which is known to cause problems.

Othere areas could be ejector or extracter.

IMO I don't think it could be 3 bad mags. I would start with using Winchester 115gr white box if you are not using that already.

I used Remington UMC without any problems.
I guess I shot already 400-450 rounds Remington ammo. I shot American Eagle and Independence ammo (200rds), too, but for my opinion they are a littlebit too hot. I did not found Winchester whitebox in my area, yet. I've ordered them at the "Cabela's" SEVERAL MONTH ago, but they did not deliver , yet
The Rem UMC ammo is a littlebit shorter compared to other 9mm brands, but they work excellent for my Luger.
I hope I get my Winchester whitebox ammo soon.
