If you are using Remingtons they will cause problems.
Is this the first time you have ever fired it? If so you may be "limp wristing" which is known to cause problems. Othere areas could be ejector or extracter. IMO I don't think it could be 3 bad mags. I would start with using Winchester 115gr white box if you are not using that already.

I hope I get my Winchester whitebox ammo soon.
