Thanks again for all the help. The grips are numbered to the gun. Now I have a couple of reworked hammers in the drawer for next time. Maybe I'll rent them out.

Was it just the hammer(s) that satisfied the Customs inspectors??? They wanted a half-****/safety requirement, IIRC...
