Jeff, Looks like a 1st Cav. patch your wearing? Congratulations on your 1st Luger! Might not be your last...

Your Luger looks to be reblued. There are many parts that SHOULD be strawed, The trigger, takedown lever, safety etc. If these are blue they shouldn't be. This does not affect it's shootability of course.
Do all the parts match? Magazine?
Erfurts were made by the State Arsenal not by a Private Co. like DWM so they are not as finely finished but they have very interesting markings and are actually quite desirable from that viewpoint.
Regardless of it's condition you got a ggod deal. $700 is on the low side for almost any Luger.
