One digit doesn't matter , its a 1928 issue M11 . The holster appears to be correct in every respect , mind you the dutch had a few variations , but this one looks like one of the more common types . most , but not all, also had a small brass plate with a number on it fixed to the rim of the holster near the lift strap . you will have to lift the flap to see it.
