Roman, welcome to the forum. Your english is readable, which is much better than my German would be.
 The difference in price in a "shooter" vs a colelctable lugers, well, in America we would say, apples and oranges. Each is different, shooters are usually much cheaper, while collectables can cost twice as much. Ed
