time frame...
Hi Pete, I really don't know about the high serial, but would suspect some high serial commercials, were pressed into police service into and thru the 30's.. I'm just guessing at the time frame. One would have to connect mag types to known serial ranges, and rig combinations, to arrive at an approx. date of manufacture. best to all, til...lat'r.....GT
