For a gun that has been thoroughly checked out, I rate it right up there with modern guns. I always carry a back up, which is usually a PPK. At present I am carrying more serious ordinance, an H&K 45 Compact and a S&W 357 Magnum. Either will do the job in spades!! I have been known to carry a P.38 as the primary, just can't endorse it enough! I think this design was ahead of its time. ~Thor~
