Holy Cow!

I just "captured" one of these from my dad and was about to ask a question from you Luger experts !!!!

Here is the picture of it, what does the flap marking represent?

My dad has a modest collection of Luger's and accesories and I traded him for the pouch which came with one post war mag and loading tool. He didn't have a clue as to what it was until I told him .... he bought it "back in the day" for $25.00 with the extra stuff.
