Hello Aaron,
That's a little disturbing. If that is the case, I probably would not be happy with one. I own a Browning Semi-Auto 22 (takedown gun), and it is extremely accurate from a bench rest position under tightly controlled conditions. I am surprised the Winchester is not as accurate.
