Well, we know the mechanics have been working them over...I'd guess they're machinable...I put the dish at 1 3/4" diameter...Biggest end mill I have is 1 1/2"...So if I milled the dishes, it'd be in the superspacer [rotary indexing head] and then I could use any size carbide end mill I have...Take a while to set up, and maybe need a special jig...
![]() I'm only trying to dish the knob like the 1900's...I don't care about the knurling...It's for visual impact only, not for authenticity... ![]() I'll have lots of time for projects like this after 30 November...
