Yes, these grips are aftermarket, in fact, I have a luger with some on it, they are from the last 30-40 years;
The nickle is aftermarket as I thought. It makes a nice example, although the collector value is not there.
The holster appears to be a bulgarian type, but we'd need to see it closer.
I would guess total value is around $450-$600 for everything....
