mgvince 05-11-2013 12:32 AM

" Looks like a shooter to me.. I'll give you 50 marks for it..."

fred p 05-11-2013 05:06 AM

Not even loaded yet. They are all holding the magazines outside the pistols.

This guy is actually holding two pistols for the photo op.

Neat photo, thanks for showing.

GySgt1811 05-11-2013 08:45 AM

RylanBrissette 05-11-2013 10:40 AM

Great photo! They're all wearing double decal M16 transitional helmets too.

lugersrkewl 05-11-2013 02:28 PM

"There I was, down to my last shot, so I drank it!"

SteveM 05-12-2013 06:49 AM

He probably watched American Westerns when he was a kid since he is wearing a 2 gun/holster rig.

JTD 05-12-2013 07:38 AM

He dosen't even know it is missing, carton of smokes, it's yours.

mcg 05-12-2013 10:54 AM

Can you imagine a few of our troops against these youngsters? Wow, times are changing.

Ben M. 05-12-2013 11:04 AM

the soldier wearing the glasses to the right side of this fellow seems to have luger-envy because that fellow has 2 lugers and 2 holsters.

JTD 05-12-2013 07:35 PM

he is the one wth the empty holster now.

Geo99 05-13-2013 09:36 PM

" You don't want this old piece of junk. I'll trade you a brand new cyq P38 for it."

They look like a bunch of FNGs getting outfitted at the end of the war - desperate times.

Mike, I wish I had a pic of myself from the ROTC days, with the M1 Garand they gave us for drill. You're right, these guys look pretty much like you'd imagine a busload of draftees disembarking at boot camp. Kiss your fresh-faced innocence goodbye...
