Hi,

I think the holster is a postwar real one, but the marking isn't. The east-germans had a Walther-PP / PPK production line which originated from the Walther plants that ended up on the wrong side of the border. They produced their own Walther copy at the former Haenel plant, called the 'Pistole 1001'.

The form of this holster follows the police style found on post war East-Germany holsters for the P38 and the P08.

Does it have any traces of a rubber ink stamp in the flap?
