At the top of the message board is a link "Upload Photo"..

Click on that and follow the directions.... browse to your photo on your hard drive, and click on Upload. When it is uploaded, there will be a link shown. Copy that link and paste it into the Optional Image URL in the message form. Make sure you delete the http:// that is already in that space so that you will not have something like http ://http ://....... then add your text and post it. Your pictures will show up with the new message...
