Thanks, Ed & Howard,

No, it does not have 1/1001 on it anywhere.
This makes it NOT East German ? ? ? ? If not, would it have been WW-II civil police?

It is marked in the following manner:

1. Small stick-eagle /37 near the top, left side.
2. Small stick-eagle/37 underneath "fxo" on the lower left side.
3. "P08" is stamped on the lower left side near the rear flat edge.

The metal tube is extruded and blued with a zig-zag spring.

So, these magazines are worth less than the wood-bottom WW-I DWM magazines? I will probably sell it on ebay, as I have no use for it; just wanted to know where to set the reserve.
